Make Disciples of All Nations (Matthew 28:19)

Our Mission

And as it should, our Mission is how we carry out our Vision that was given to US by Jesus Christ

We exist to connect people, communities, and the world to God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

What We Believe
We describe these as our core beliefs at New Hope
  • We believe in the Godhead, the Trinity – God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, these are three distinct persons, yet inseparable; one God in divinity and counsel – worthy to be worshipped.
    • (Deuteronomy 6:4; 1 Corinthians 8:4; Galatians 3:20; 1 Timothy 2:5, Genesis 1:1, 26; 3:22; 11:7; Isaiah 6:8, 48:16, 61:1; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
  • We believe in God the Father, Almighty;
    • (John 6:27; Romans 1:7; 1 Peter 1:2)
  • And in Jesus Christ, Maker of heaven, earth and all things visible and invisible, eternally existent, True God from True God, our Lord, Christ and Savior;
    • (John 1:1, 14; Romans 9:5; Colossians 2:9; Hebrews 1:8; 1 John 5:20)
  • Who was supernaturally conceived by God – the person of the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin, Mary;
    • (Acts 5:3-4; 1 Corinthians 3:16)
  • Jesus, God incarnate, suffered at the hands of mankind; who although lived and died without sin, bore the wrath of God for the sins committed by humanity and was crucified, dead, and buried;
    • (Colossians 1:15-18; Luke 22:63-23:12; 1 Peter 2:22; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Corinthians 15:4)
  • The third day He rose from the dead proving He satisfied God’s requirement of a sinless life which Adam and his posterity being unable to perform.
    • (1 Corinthians 15:4; Romans 3:10; Acts 2:24)
  • He ascended into heaven in a physical body, and sits at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty;
    • (Mark 16:19; John 20:27)
  • From the Father, as He ascended, He shall return, to judge the living and the dead.
    • (Acts 1:11; 2Timothy 4:1)
  • We believe that it is by grace we are saved through faith in Jesus for the forgiveness of sins and the redemption of my eternal soul.
    • (Ephesians 2:5-10; Romans 9:16, )
  • We believe in the resurrection of the body; the redeemed unto eternal life with all the saints, and the condemned unto eternal destruction for their unbelief.
    • (John 5:29; Matthew 25:46; Daniel 12:2; Acts 24:15)
  • We believe in the acknowledgement of Jesus as the Christ and my need for the redemption of my soul because of my own rebellion against a just, holy and perfect God.
    • (Matthew 16:16-17; John 6:60-71)
  • We believe in One holy universal Church; the Bride of Christ, for which He gave His life, the communion of the saints, Amen.
    • (Romans 12:5; 1Corinthians 12:27; Ephesians 5:25-27)
